Your order shipment

All orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days. Please note however in times of high demand this may be longer. If you have an urgent need to receive your order sooner please use one of the express delivery options such as Next Day or Recorded 1st Class. All other packages are generally sent in standard 1st class packet post with Royal Mail. Generally speaking your order will arrive with you 1-2 working days after it has left our premises. We have found that most of our orders sent using standard delivery actually arrive next day within the mainland UK.

Delivery Options within the UK (including Northern Ireland and Isles) - All prices vary depending on current postal rates

• First Class - Standard Package Post (Royal Mail) - A standard first class service offered in the UK by Royal Mail, normally next day from shipping date.
• Recorded 1st Class (Royal Mail) - A service requiring a signature before the item is delivered.
• Next working day delivery (Royal Mail or other courier) - Currently handled by DHL or Royal Mail, next working day service when your order is received before 1pm Mon-Fri.

Delivery Options to Republic of Ireland - All prices vary depending on current postal rates

Standard Airmail delivery (Royal Mail within the UK) - Royal Mail service handed over to local postal service.

Delivery Options to the rest of Europe - All prices vary depending on current postal rates

Standard Airmail delivery - This method usually take 5 to 10 working days to arrive with you, if you need it quicker please opt for the next working day/express option.

Next day delivery to Europe- We use DHL Express to offer this great next day service to most of Europe -  Although DHL will endeavour to deliver next day it is not guaranteed. You must place your order before 12pm (UK time) for your order to be dispatched that day.

Delivery Options outside of Europe (see below for more information on USA shipping) - All prices vary depending on current postal rates

Our postage costs outside of Europe vary greatly depending on country and order value. If you think a shipping cost is high to your country/for your order please contact us with your name (keep the items in your shopping cart) and we will be able to give you a more accurate shipping cost and options for tracked airmail.

As standard we send items by airmail. We cannot take any responsibility outside of Europe for missing items and we therefore strongly urge you to choose the registered Airsure option which provides tracking and insurance.

For international [outside Europe] orders over £39 in value we assume the maximum weight/worst case for the order. Therefore if you feel the shipping cost is high please contact us and we will give you an accurate shipping cost.

Delivery time will vary depending on country and can be anything from 5 to 20 working days.
